Billing
Infracodebase is a consumption-based, AI-native platform. You pay for what you use. Billing is managed at the enterprise level, so all workspaces and members under an enterprise share the same plan and credit pool.
Pricing model
There are two primary models depending on how you use the platform.
SaaS (consumption-based)
If you're using Infracodebase as a pure SaaS product, you pay for credits. Every time the agent runs, the tokens consumed are calculated and converted into credits, which are deducted from your monthly allocation in real time.
This model is straightforward. Pick a credit tier that fits your team's usage, and the platform handles the rest.
Bring Your Own Model (BYOM)
If you choose to bring your own model, whether directly from Anthropic or through a proxy inside your environment, you work with our enterprise team on a negotiated platform price. In this mode, the platform tracks your spend against a configurable monthly spend cap rather than a credit pool.

Credit tiers
Pro plans come in a range of credit tiers. Choose based on your team's expected usage.

You can upgrade or downgrade your tier at any time from your enterprise's billing settings.
How credits work
Credits are consumed as the agent processes requests. The cost of each request depends on the model used and the number of tokens in the conversation (input, output, and any cached tokens).
- Monthly credits are your plan allocation. They reset at the start of each billing cycle.
- Bonus credits come from referrals and promotions. They don't reset and are used only after monthly credits are exhausted.
- The platform deducts credits in real time as the agent streams responses, so your usage dashboard always reflects current consumption.
Upgrading and downgrading
- Upgrading takes effect immediately. You're charged the price difference for the remainder of the billing period.
- Downgrading takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You keep your current tier's credits until then. A scheduled change indicator appears in your billing settings.
- You can cancel a scheduled downgrade at any time before it takes effect.
Invoices
Pro and Enterprise customers can view their invoice history from Settings > Invoices. Each invoice shows the amount paid and a link to the full invoice on Stripe.
Managing your subscription
From Settings > Billing you can view your current plan and credit allocation, see your renewal date and billing cycle, upgrade or change your credit tier, cancel your subscription, and access the Stripe billing portal to update payment methods.
Referral credits
Invite others to Infracodebase and earn 250 bonus credits per successful referral. Bonus credits are added to your enterprise and never expire. See Referrals for details.
